Healthy Families is a home-based program. We work in partnership with expectant parents and those with children newborn to six years of age. Our primary focus is on fostering the growth of secure attachment relationships and developmentally enriched, empathic parenting that supports families to reduce their stress and build protective buffers for their children. Alberta Health Services has changed how they will deliver mental health therapy and addictions counselling for all ages. Services will now be offered daily, via virtual sessions.
Available Monday - Friday, from 10AM - 12PM and 1PM - 2PM. We have private offices and technology support if you need a confidential space, do not have a device or WiFi access.
