Community Wellness Team

The Community Wellness Team is a partnership between many organizations in our community, managed by four pillars: Bashaw & District Support Services, Bashaw Adult Learning, Bashaw School and Bashaw RCMP. This Team also includes the Bashaw United Church and Bashaw Pharmasave. It was created in order to better meet the needs of individuals and families by collaborating to identify and prevent crises in our community.  

Services Provided by the Community Wellness Team:

• Support in navigating through healthcare, court system, etc.
• Information and referral 
• One-on-one support
